1. What we deliver
GeoHunter sells digital goods only: packs of virtual currency ("Coins") used inside the GeoHunter game. We do not ship physical products and there is no courier or postal delivery.
Coins have no value outside the game, cannot be converted back into money, and cannot be transferred to another account.
2. When delivery happens
Delivery is instant and automatic. As soon as the payment is confirmed by the payment processor, the Coins are credited to the game account used for the purchase.
Crediting normally happens within a few seconds. If the payment processor delays confirmation, crediting happens automatically when the confirmation arrives — no action is needed from you.
3. How to confirm delivery
Your Coin balance is visible in the game, in your account profile. Every purchase appears in the account's transaction history.
4. Delivery costs
There are none. The price shown at the time of purchase is the final price, in Romanian lei (RON), inclusive of all applicable taxes.
5. If delivery does not happen
If you were charged but the Coins do not appear within 24 hours, contact us using the details in the Contact details section. We will check the payment with the processor and either credit the Coins manually or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.
Please keep your proof of payment (the confirmation e-mail or the transaction id) — it lets us find the payment quickly.
